With nearly 30 years of industry experience, he has held CEO and senior leadership roles across Finland, Sweden, and the United States, leading operational turnarounds and production ramp-ups for publicly listed resource companies. He holds an MSc in Mining from Helsinki University of Technology and an MBA from Henley Management College.
